Coach Camp Details

At BLGK Academy, we offer high-caliber, intense goalkeeping sessions in the Syracuse & Utica, NY areas. Established in 2013 to support the Syracuse and Central NY soccer community, BLGK is a complete goalkeeping-specific academy for boys and girls.  Our academy is designed for a select group of keepers who plan to play at the college level. In addition to training during the northeast soccer off-season from November through July, we offer both members and non-members a camp during the first week of August to prepare them for their upcoming high school and college seasons. Run in a similar fashion to college preseason training sessions, this camp is meant to challenge goalkeepers through goalkeeper fitness training and traditional goalkeeper training sessions on topics including but not limited to, 1v1 situations, extension dives, and cutback scenarios.
