If for some reason an item(s) is not acceptable or the incorrect size, you may return it to us provided it has not been personalized in any way; is sent back within 30 days of purchase; and in its original packaging. The items you are returning must be unused, with original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Customized gloves, clothing, bags and accessories are Non-Returnable unless faulty. Please order carefully as postage on returned goods is paid for by the customer. Unless keeperstop.com sends the wrong item postage can not be credited back to the original order.

Care of Returned Items:
Keepestop.com can not re-sell items that appear to be used or worn. When you receive your gloves try them on to determine if they fit right away. You want ideally a thumbnail space between the top of the finger to the top of the glove. DO NOT pick up a ball with it or try it out for one practice. Balls are dirty and abrasive especially on higher end game latex gloves. Gloves that have touched a ball can not be returned. The manufacturers will not warranty or credit gloves that have been worn and returned due to discomfort or palm durability. Most gloves require you to wash the palms before the first use with luck warm water to remove finishing agents left on during the manufacturing process. Some gloves come with a protective film on the latex. This film cannot be removed if you plan on returning the gloves. This film stops the latex from adhering to itself inside the packaging. Once removed, we cannot accept a return for the gloves. Please DO NOT wear apparel around if it is going to be returned. Goalkeeper apparel must be returned in brand new pristine condition. Thank you for the courtesy. To be safe just try gloves and apparel on in a clean dry environment. Only use them when you determine everything fits as expected.

Please insure the package against loss or damage if not included in the cost of shipping. No CODs or bill recipient returns. They will not be accepted. With United States Postal Service please do not send package signature required. Shipping fees for shipments to the customer or from the customer are non refundable unless keeperstop.com has made a shipping error.
To receive a full refund for the product, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase in it's original packaging, with tags still attached in brand new condition ready for resale. After 30 days, we can offer a store credit for the product amount, as long as the product is still active on our website. We cannot accept returns past 45 days of purchase. ***Please note that we will extend our returns for refund period to 45 days during the Holiday season.***
