Mark has been a highly respected strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years. He has worked with athletes in every sport, and has developed his own unique philosophy on how to achieve peak performance while reducing the risk of overuse injuries. Over the past decade, he has worked with soccer athletes at all levels of the game from club to the professional level. Mark was an all-conference goalkeeper for Montclair State University and played Semi-Professional Rugby League and Union as well. Plaugic has recently accepted the position as Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Rutgers University (Newark) the Scarlet Raiders compete in the New Jersey Athletic Conference which is the most competitive Division 3 Conference in the USA. Plaugic also currently is the New Jersey Wildcats USL  W-League Goalkeeper Coach. The W-League is also an open league, giving college players the opportunity to play alongside established international players while maintaining their collegiate eligibility. A native of Kearny, NJ and graduate of Kearny High School. Plaugic was a 2002 NJSIAA Boys Group IV State Champion at Kearny. After college Plaugic played in the Norwegian 2. divisjon for Kolstad FK. Plaugic holds a NSCAA National Diploma, NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma and obtained the American Red Cross, Adult, Infant, & Child CPR, AED & First Aid Certification. Plaugic owns Modern Goalkeeper Training Systems, one of the biggest goalkeeper training companies in NJ and NY.

Samantha Hirsh has an extensive playing and coaching background. She spent 4 years as a goalkeeper at Syracuse University (06'-10') and in 2008 played for Millburn Magic of the WPSL. She currently works as a head coach and goalkeeper coach for Parsippany SC. She is also an assistant for the NJ ODP U11 girl's team and the goalkeeping program. Samantha holds the USSF National D license, NSCAA Level 2 Goalkeeping certification and is certified in Concussion in Youth Sports Training. Sage DoVale is a former Division I and W-League starting goalkeeper. Playing for the Division I FDU Knights, she earned Defensive Player of the Week accolades four times throughout the 2013 season, a total of five times throughout her career, and tied the school record of most shutouts in a season. With the low GAA, she finished the 2013 season with the Conference Goalkeeper of the Year title, and earned a spot on the All-Conference First Team. Her pool of experience has led her to numerous coaching roles, and she is currently a goalkeeper coach for the New York Red Bulls Regional Development School. Previously, she trained goalkeepers for the Georgia J.M. Tull YMCA Teams, and assisted in Furman University’s summer camps under Derek Marinatos. Email: [email protected]

Coach Hobbins has been a household name for soccer in South Jersey for over thirty years.  A 2004 South Jersey Soccer Hall of Fame inductee, Hobbins has had the privilege to work with many outstanding and talented players at all levels of the game.  As a coach, Hobbins has led many successful four-year and two-year college programs.  He currently serves as the Men's Head Soccer Coach at Gloucester County College.  In addition to his duties at GCC, Hobbins is also the Director of Goalkeeping for the Boys New Jersey State Olympic Development Program and Staff Coaching Instructor for New Jersey Youth Soccer.  Hobbins holds a United States Soccer Federation "B" License and National Soccer Coaches Association of America National Goalkeeper Diploma. Jesse is the Head Goalkeeping Coach at Centenary University after having a very successful 4 years playing there. He also works as a personal trainer at Athletic Republic, a sports performance facility where he works with kids ages 8-21 on improving explosiveness, speed and agility and much more. He works with goalkeepers through TacTekks Soccer Training as well. Goleman has trained goalkeepers of all ages beginning at 10.

Jesse's playing career consists of being a 4 year starter at Centenary University in New Jersey. During his time at Centenary, he was fortunate enough to be able to break every career goalkeeping record, which includes; saves, shutouts, save percentage, and goals against average. Goleman was an All-Conference player 3 out of his 4 year career. He also had the opportunity to represent the USA on 3 different occasions in the Maccabi Games that have been held in Brazil, Israel and Chile. During his 4 years at Centenary, Jesse was consistently ranked in the top 50 in division 3 in saves and save percentage. At the end of his senior year, he was ranked 2nd in division 3 in saves among active goalkeepers. Email: [email protected]

Kevin McMullen is the current Goalkeeper Coach for Temple Men’s soccer. He joined the Owls in Spring of 2018 from Villanova Men’s Soccer after having been with the Wildcats for 2 years as their goalkeeper coach. Having played both at the Division 1 NCAA and professionally in Europe himself, McMullen founded Science of Goalkeeping in 2017 to provide the Greater Philadelphia area with an elite level of goalkeeper training.
