These sliders are great. I bought these for myself to play paintball in. They don't make paintball slider shorts for women so I had to seek other possibilities. The padding is amazing and thin. I didn't really notice them all day until I had to change. Wicking was excellent, I didn't feel sweaty in that zone at anytime in the day, and it was pretty warm out. Sliding into various locations of the paintball field I felt very confident that I was protected. I highly recommend these to any women needing some padding for their hips, whatever sport you play. These shouldn't be limited to soccer 😉
